The Andover Neighborhood Revitalization Plan (NRP) is an economic development tool aimed at encouraging investment in specific geographic areas of the City through the use of property tax rebates. The current NRP enjoys the support of our neighboring jurisdictions, and the rebates apply to not only to the City of Andover, but to property taxes levied by Butler County, Butler Community College and USD 385.
