Minutes

The Andover City Planning Commission met for a workshop meeting on Saturday, June 14, 2003 at the Lodge, 1607 W. Central. Chairman Quentin Coon called the meeting to order at 9:10 a.m.

Commission Members present were Clark Nelson, Charlotte Bass, Ron Roberts, Charles Malcom, Lynn Heath. Commission Members David Martine and Jan Cox were absent.

Others in attendance were Zoning Administrator Les Mangus, Administrative Secretary Deborah Carroll, City Council Liaison Keith Zinn, and City Clerk/Administrator Jeff Bridges. Also in attendance were members of the City Council and Site Plan Review Committee, Planning Consultant Bickley Foster, City Engineer Mike Thompson, City Attorney Norman Manley, Planning Consultant David Foster.

Call to Order

Mayor Ben Lawrence called the workshop to order at 9:10 a.m.

Lynn Heath made a motion to open the Planning Commission meeting. Ron Roberts seconded the motion. Motion carried 6/0.

The purpose of the meeting was a training session on planning and zoning issues with the Site Plan Review Committee, Planning Commission, and City Council.

Various planning and zoning issues were reviewed throughout the day.

A motion was made by Lynn Heath, seconded by Ron Roberts, to adjourn the meeting at 3:15 p.m. Motion carried 6/0.
