MINUTES

The Site Plan Review Committee met for a regular
meeting on Tuesday, August 2, 2005 at the Andover Central Park Lodge located
at 1607 East Central, Andover, Kansas. Acting Chairman Kevin Dreiling called
the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Members present were Jason Mohler and David Martine. Others in attendance were Les Mangus Zoning Administrator, Deborah Carroll
Administrative Secretary, and Jeff Bridges City Clerk/Administrator. Members
absent were Doug Allison and David Beaver, and Larry Crouse.

Acting Chairman Kevin Dreiling declared the meeting
recessed at 6:15 p.m. until Tuesday, August 9, 2005 at 5:00 p.m. due to the
lack of a quorum.
