November 4, 2003

Minutes

The Site Plan Review Committee met for a regular meeting on Tuesday, November 4, 2003 at the Andover Central Park Lodge located at 1607 E. Central, Andover, Kansas. Chairman Doug Allison called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.  Members present were Charles Malcom, and Charley Lewis. Others in attendance were Zoning Administrator Les Mangus, Administrative Secretary Deborah Carroll, and City Clerk/Administrator Jeff Bridges.  Members Larry Crouse, Kevin Dreiling and Shawn King were absent.

Call to Order

There was no meeting due to the lack of a quorum. The meeting is recessed until Thursday, November 6, 2003 at 6:00 p.m. at the Central Park Lodge. Deborah is to confirm the building is available and call all applicants and members to notify them of the change.
