SITE PLAN REVIEW COMMITTEE

September 4, 2001

The Site Plan Review Committee met for a regular meeting on September 4, 2001, at 6:00 p.m.  Members in attendance were Doug Allison and Charles Malcom.   Shawn King,Don Kimble, Gary Israel and Larry Crouse were absent.  Also in attendance were Jeff Bridges, City Clerk/Administrator, Les Mangus, Zoning Administrator and Pam Johnson, Administrative Secretary.

The meeting was called to order by Doug Allison at 6:40 p.m.

Call to order

Doug Allison made a motion to reconvene the Site Plan Review Committee meeting to Monday, September 10, 2001 at 6:00 p.m. in the downstairs conference room at City Hall, due to the fact there were not enough members at the meeting for a quorum.  Charles Malcom seconded the motion.   Motion carried 2-0.

Chairman Allison apologized to the applicants.

The meeting was recessed to September 10, 2001 at 6:00 p.m.
