Minutes

The Subdivision Committee of the Andover Planning Commission was called to order by Chairman Lynn Heath at 5:35 p.m. Members present were Lynn Heath, Charles Malcom, and Joe Robertson. Also present was Subdivision Administrator, Les Mangus.

Call to Order

Motion to approve the minutes of the April 13, 1999 meeting with the correction of the spelling of Joe Robertson in the fifth paragraph was made by Charles Malcom and seconded by Lynn Heath.

Minutes of the April 13, 1999

Phil Meyer of Baughman and Company presented the Preliminary and Final Plats of the Braum’s Addition. Joe Robertson was concerned about the split zoning of the lot and felt that the entire lot should have one zoning classification.

Motion to recommend approval of the Preliminary Plat was made by Charles Malcom and seconded by Lynn Heath. Motion carried by 3-0 vote.

Braum’s Addition.

The Committee reviewed the Final Plat of the Braum’s Addition and further discussed the need to have a uniform zoning classification for the entire lot.

Motion to recommend approval contingent on the receipt of a satisfactory title report was made by Joe Robertson and seconded by Lynn Heath. Motion carried by 3-0 vote.

Braum’s Addition

With no further business a motion to adjourn was made by Joe Robertson at 5:58p.m.  and seconded by Charles Malcom.
