Minutes

The Subdivision Committee of the Andover Planning Commission was called to order by Chairman Lynn Heath at 5:35 p.m. on September 10, 2002.  The other members present were David Ledgerwood and Ron Roberts. Also present were Zoning Administrator Les Mangus, and City Clerk/Administrator Jeff Bridges. Members absent were Dave Martine, and Administrative Secretary Deborah Carroll.

Motion to approve the minutes of the August 13, 2002

Review the Final PUD Plan of the Caywood Addition Phase 2. Kenny Hill of Poe and Associates presented information to the committee concerning the Caywood Addition. Mr. Hill stated that the detention pond in Reserve A was completed by the 1^st Phase of Caywood and that Phase 2 is the remainder of the PUD.

There was discussion about the Staff Comments. Kenny Hill said that those items have been corrected on the final document.

Ron Roberts questioned whether Lots 29 and 34 Block 2 met the 8400 square foot minimum lot size required by the PUD. Kenny Hill said he would go back and recalculate those areas.

Motion was made by Ron Roberts to recommend the Final PUD Plan of the Caywood Addition Phase 2 to the Planning Commission, with the satisfaction of Staff Checklist and minimum lot size of 8,400 square feet. David Ledgerwood seconded motion. Motion carried 3-0.

Review the Final PUD Plan of the Caywood Addition Phase 2.
