ANDOVER PLANNING COMMISSION SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE February 11, 2003 Minutes
The Subdivision Committee met for a regular meeting on Tuesday, February 11, 2003 at 909 N. Andover Road in the Andover Civic Center. Chairman Lynn Heath called the meeting to order at 5:35 p.m. Member present was Ron Roberts. Others in attendance were Subdivision Administrator Les Mangus, and Jeff Bridges City Clerk/Administrator. Member David Martine was absent.	Call to Order
Review the minutes of the January 14, 2003 Subdivision Committee meeting. Motion to approve the minutes was made by Ron Roberts and seconded by Lynn Heath. Motion carried by 1/0/1 abstention vote, with Lynn Heath abstaining due to his absence.	Review the minutes of January 14, 2003
Review the Replat for the Prairie Star Subdivision. Russ Ewy of Baughman and Company, P.A. presented the replat with a brief history of the previous final plat and the need to expand the site from two lots to four lots with internal cross lot access easements. Access to the public street system remains the same as the previous final plat. The Committee reviewed the Staff Checklist and agreed with the correction of the Staff recommendations. Mr. Ewy explained that the developers of the property may present just three lots to the Planning Commission by combining Lots 3 & 4 to suit the tenant. A motion was made by Lynn Heath to recommend to the Planning Commission the approval of the Replat of the Prairie Star Subdivision, contingent upon correction of the Staff Comments. Ron Roberts seconded the motion. Motion carried 2/0.	Replat of Prairie Star Subdivision.
Review the minutes of the September 10, 2002 Subdivision Committee meeting. Motion to approve the minutes was made by Lynn Heath and seconded by Ron Roberts. Motion carried by 2/0.	Review the minutes of September 10, 2002
