Minutes

Members Present: Ron Roberts, David Ledgerwood, Charles Malcom, Quentin Coon, Lynn Heath, Joe Robertson, and David Martine were present.  John McEachern was absent.

Others in attendance:    Zoning Administrator Les Mangus, City Planning Consultant Bickley Foster, City Attorney Norm Manley, Consulting Engineer Mike Thompson, Administrative Secretary Wilma Stoltz, Building Code    Compliance Officer Kirk Crisp, and City Clerk/ Administrator Jeff Bridges were also in attendance.   Also in attendance were members of     the City Council and Site Plan Review Committee.

The meeting was called to order by Quentin Coon at 9:05 a.m.

Call to order.

The purpose of the meeting was training session was on planning and zoning issues with the Planning Commission, Site Plan Review Committee, and City Council.

Various planning and zoning issues were reviewed throughout the day.

A motion was made by Lynn Heath, seconded by Ron Roberts to adjourn the meeting. 

The meeting adjourned at 4:05 p.m.
