Amenities

Welcome to Andover! We are so happy to have you as a visitor. Whether you are here for work or pleasure, Andover has a wide variety of activities to keep you entertained.

Redbud Trail

was formerly the BNSF railroad line. The Andover section of the Redbud is a 6-mile rails-to-trail conversion that runs from 159th St. East, (Butler County line), and dead ends at Highway 54/400. The multi-use trail is a mix of concrete (2.09 miles) and packed limestone surfaces (4 miles), suitable for walking, running, family strolls, dog walking, and just about any style bicycle.

Local Parks are located throughout the city. In Central Park, you can enjoy an afternoon of fishing, a picnic under the gazebo, or a walk around the pond, all while kids enjoy the playground.

The
13th Street Sports Park has  5 new baseball diamonds, restrooms, walking trails, a basketball court, a pickleball court, volleyball sand pit, splash pad, Luckey Climber, playground, and more!

In addition to the 13th Street Sports Park and Andover Central Park, Andover has three
mini parks and one neighborhood park.

The Andover YMCA
is a great place to get a workout while you are away from home. If you are visiting during the summer months, the whole family will love their spectacular outdoor waterpark!

The Andover Municipal Golf Course is a public, 9 hole, par 33 course.

Terradyne is a local country club that allows you to pay a daily membership rate if you'd like to take advantage of their 18 hole championship course.
