•  All six buildings are complete for the first phase of buildings at the Buffalo Ridge) Project.

Heritage West senior apartments 

• The Heritage West senior apartment project is dried in and interior mechanical, electrical, and plumbing is underway.
• Tenant finish projects are in progress for spaces in the Heritage mixed-use building and the new office building to the north.
